HEATS MOST WINS - POINTS TIE-BREAKER CHANGE: Based on feedback from this
format at WBC 2022, the Board of Directors has adjusted the tie-breakers to
simplify the calculation for advancement to allow easier understanding of
the advancement criteria for these events. The second tie-breaker after
most wins will be total points which will be consistent for all these types
of events (1,000 for 1st place, 100 for second place, 10 for 3rd place, 1
for 4th place, 0 for all other places). In addition, an optional GM
specific tie-breaker will be allowed after the point total tie-breaker step
to allow an improved tie-breaker before rolling a die to break ties. For
the specific tiebreaker description and order, visit the Event Description
page at <http://www.boardgamers.org/wbc-eventdescription.html>
